We value each of you and the time you spend with us. That being said, we try to be sure massages are spaced out enough that you should never have to run back to back with other clients and their sessions.

Terms & Conditions
Please enter through suite #4. If you arrive early please take a seat and enjoy our relaxing waiting room.
Your therapist will come to get you at your scheduled appointment time. Please DO NOT enter therapist's room unless directed.
Reschedule & Cancellations
You must notify us AT LEAST 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment for reschedules or cancelations. Of course, if an emergency comes up, that is understandable. If you no-show or no-call you will be charged 100% of the service you had booked. If you continue to no-show/no-call or cancel under 24 hours of appointment, you will be dismissed as a client. No exceptions.
We use Square as our payment system when booking online. Square does not automatically refund money when an appointment is canceled.
PLEASE NOTIFY US VIA CALL OR TEXT TO RECEIVE REFUND!
We encourage rescheduling in the event you are unable to make your original appointment, as long as it is before 24 hours. In the event that you accidentally schedule a day/time you did not intent, please reschedule that appointment. Do NOT cancel and then rebook. This will cause two payments to be processed which will require a refund. You will be able to go into your online profile or follow the link provided in your confirmation email to make any necessary changes.
We are not responsible for refunding payments if we are not notified. In the event you choose to do a dispute that is unfounded, verses notifying the practice, we will be unable to fulfill future requests for services. Thank you for understanding how our system works and working with us in regards to this matter.

- If the YOGA BALL is not the proper sizing for your intended use, you may exchange it for the proper size.
